After six years at consultancy Festive Road, she has joined temoji Consulting, where she now works closely with travel suppliers to sharpen their strategies, connect with the right customers, and bring real value to corporate travel programs.

Katie’s perspective comes from years of working across multiple aspects of the travel space, giving her a unique ability to see both supplier and buyer needs clearly.

She’s also committed to giving back to the industry, serving on the Board of the Global Business Travel Association and leading next generation engagement with the GBTA Ladders program.

Katie is also a professional speaker, training and coach, helping leaders escape the 100% trap to beat burnout and navigate career identity shifts. She uses her signature 70% playbook to enable individuals to discover healthy and happy performance.
